However, when talking to her adoptive sister from South Korea about how society had treated them, she was aware of the stark differences the two were. Meg was asked if the way she was treated differed in the times they went out with their parents, and in the case of going out on their own. She replied "Oh Yes, all the moment!" This made me realize I had been so naive," Heigl said to Parents. She confessed that she was angry and felt the need to use this anger to support her daughters. Heigl and her husband of 13 years -- the singer Josh Kelley -- have an infant son, aged 4 years old. Joshua Bishop Kelley, Jr. Their child Nancy Leigh was adopted from South Korea by the couple in 2009; Adalaide is an Black 8-year old girl that they adopted in 2012.
